Your satisfaction is important to us, here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations:

 

Services: All consulting and operational support services provided by OMIX Health, including billing services, operations workflow training, and EMR or administrative training, are non-refundable once delivered. If you feel the service did not meet expectations, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will review your concern and work cooperatively to find a fair resolution.

Digital Products & Deliverables: Materials such as downloadable templates, SOP documents, or workflow guides are considered final sales and are non-refundable, since they are customized as each clinic's needs and non-returnable.
